Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1-hour of placement without any penalty. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may have already entered the processing stage. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Despite our no returns or exchanges policy, we will evaluate damage claims individually and aim to offer a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for the damaged items.
