Our merchandise consists of excess inventory obtained directly from manufacturers or department stores. Please note that some items may have faint dirt or make-up smudges, or signs of being tried on and/or handled in the store. These issues are typically mild and can be easily remedied if washed or dry cleaned properly. If there are any issues or flaws found, they will be disclosed. Also, price tags may be clipped and inside labels may be marked or missing.
All photos have been taken with color accuracy in mind. Please be aware that color may vary due to your computer monitor's configuration and/or settings. Please refer to the manufacturer's color description for additional reference.
- Shipping Details
The shipping cost can be found by selecting the "Shipping and payments" tab at the top of this listing. Shipping is calculated according to your address --- so please be sure to enter your zip code or select your country to view the correct cost. The shipping cost is actual and includes delivery confirmation. Also --- all International packages are shipped insured.
We prefer to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for items weighing 13-ounces or less (when packaged) and Priority Mail for all other items (media and heavy items excluded). Heavier items will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select or FedEx.
PLEASE NOTE: If the listing states FREE shipping to the United States, we are referring to the 48 contiguous states - residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for the correct shipping charge.
Packages weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail. Packages weighing more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The value of the item entered on customs forms is the WINNING BID.

PayPal is our preferred payment method, where you can send your payment securely online using a credit card or bank account.
Returns are only allowed for items that are defective, not as described, or damaged in shipment. Swanky Bazaar will refund the original shipping as well as pay for the return shipping cost of these items.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received (packaging, manufacturer's labels, etc.)

Swanky Bazaar, like many small businesses, started with an idea and a lot of hard work. In September 2004, with two of my three sons out on their own and a lot of time on my hands I turned to a subject, that thanks to my grandmother I knew a lot about - antiques and collectibles. I began attending estates sales and auctions and selling my finds online, working out of my home office. It was great fun. I met a lot of interesting people and the sales were good. However, like most American women, my passion was and is fashion! Having a business background, I had a vision of building my own successful business where I could use my skills and focus on selling clothing.
I have a better than fair knowledge of brands - and what I don't know, I'm learning. Initially, I formed relationships with well-known establishments to procure shelf pulls and overstock for resale. Swanky Bazaar took off at that point.
Swanky Bazaar offers brand-new designer goods from major manufacturers, trendy and upscale department stores at a fraction of retail. I am working to bring you the name brands that are famous for their quality and style. I guarantee all items are 100% authentic! To compliment the clothing I have expanded into handbags and accessories, cosmetics and health and beauty products. Other categories may be added in the future.

PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances. Orders paid using PayPal are processed immediately!
Shopify Payments, another payment option we offer, allows payment through all major credit cards and debit cards. However, due to the payment processing time, orders paid using Shopify Payments are generally processed in 2-3 business days.
Most purchases go through with no problems at all. However, if your item isn't what was described (we sent the wrong size/color), or arrives damaged, we'll process a return and refund the purchase price and shipping costs.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address provided on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer service team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Next Day service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. CST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
WITHIN THE U.S.
- Free standard shipping, (if offered) within the United States, will take an average of 3-7 business days. We use USPS for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Box addresses.
- Three-Day will take 2-3 business days to deliver. The provider does not deliver on Sundays.
- Next Day guarantees delivery by the end of the next business day once the order has processed to ship. The provider does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery.
- A USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APOs/FPO addresses, or US Territory addresses.
- Domestic shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
- Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1-2 business days.
OUTSIDE THE U.S.
Our standard international service is USPS International. Sorry, but we do not adhere to requests for a preferred service when selecting our standard international service. Standard parcels can take in excess of 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs delays, but typically arrive within 2 weeks. For guaranteed tracking, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail International.
