Some of our new items are close-outs or store returns and may show discreet wear from being tried on in the store. This is NOT considered to be a flaw. Flaws are defined as: a hole or tear in fabric, fabric pilling, stretching or shrinkage, faded color, stains, missing or broken hardware, or odor, and will be disclosed. Manufacturer tags may be clipped and inside labels may be marked through with a black marker to prevent store returns.
Further, our inventory is kept in a smoke-and-animal-free warehouse environment. All of our pants are draped over hangers and hung on racks until pulled for shipping, and this may cause wrinkled knees or other areas, which will fall out with either washing or wear. Delicate fabrics are stored with great care.
All photos have been taken with color accuracy in mind. Please be aware that color may vary due to your computer monitor's configuration and/or settings. Please refer to the manufacturer's color description for additional reference. If you have questions about a certain item, please contact the seller.

Shipping is calculated according to your address --- so please be sure to enter your zip code or select your country to view the correct cost. If you are purchasing more than one item from Swanky Bazaar please read the Combined Shipping section below.
DOMESTIC BUYERS:
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for items weighing 16-ounces or less (when packaged) and Priority Mail for all other items (media and heavy items excluded). Heavier items will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground or FedEx.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Packages weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail. Packages weighing more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The value of the item entered on customs forms is the WINNING BID.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Due to our LOW starting prices, auction items are not eligible for combined shipping. Full shipping will be charged on each item.
Domestic (within the USA): You will pay full shipping on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate. For each additional item you will save 50% off of the advertised shipping price.
International (outside the USA): You will pay full shipping on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate. For each additional item you will save 45% off of the advertised shipping price.

PayPal is our preferred payment method, where you can send your payment securely online using a credit card or bank account.
Should we agree to accept a refund or exchange for any reason not previously stated, the buyer will pay for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that we will only cancel orders for custom printed items if that request is received within one hour of order placement.
PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances. Orders paid using PayPal are processed immediately!
Shopify Payments, another payment option we offer, allows payment through all major credit cards and debit cards. However, due to the payment processing time, orders paid using Shopify Payments are generally processed in 2-3 business days.
Most purchases go through with no problems at all. However, if your item isn't what was described (we sent the wrong size/color), or arrives damaged, we'll process a return and refund the purchase price and shipping costs.
